Golden and toasty aromatics as well as a significant amount of autolytic richness. All that opulence is lightened by notes of green apple and Anjou pears. It delivers surprising contrast on the palate; lots of freshness and fruit. Candied lemon, Granny Smiths, lemon ice, wet chalk and toasted hay. |
